As soon as you are greeted by smiling, pleasant, well dressed staff in a spotless foyer, you just know. The room was very clean and well stocked with coffee and tea. The bed was comfortable. Our room was a double facing the road but no noise from the street came through. The shower/toilet is set like a wet room and the floor got over wet for a cotton bath mat and awkward to try keep dry feet! There was plenty of storage and an iron. The breakfast is buffet style. Plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurt pastries and full English fry. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. A lovely hotel experience.

I booked this hotel for my daughter’s 21st birthday celebrations and the manager Ahmed and all the other hotel staff went above and beyond to make her stay super special. Her room was decorated beautifully and she expressed how lovely and funny all the staff were. The breakfast was excellent and she loved her stay there. Thank you so much for looking after my daughter and I will most certainly recommend this hotel and book again ☺️ x

Went here for meeting. The room for meeting was ok but cleaning staff need to be sacked. There was dust bunnies and smears all over the place. In corridor to bathroom there were questionable marks on floor. Bathrooms were dirty. Food provided for event was ok but staff were unable to tell you if there was any allergy issues and had to keep disappearing.

Probably okay for london but the rooms are tiiiiiiny! Also there have those weired tent cards promoting paid wifi in 2024….. 1999 called and wants their Internet back! Wasnt able to use the gym but it look small, dark, unused, no weights in sight… Staff was professional and friendly though!

I stayed at the Ambassadors back in early August for two nights. It was an utter fiasco. I had booked the highest quality room available- First, when I got my room key at checkin, I went upstairs to find that they had given me the key to someone else's room that was still dirty and not made up yet. Upon explaining this to them, they said they could move me to a room which hasnt been refurbished yet, so a lower quality than what I booked. After I denied that, they accepted putting me in the same quality of room just a floor above my old one. I was tired from my flight so I went to bed. Around 30 minutes later I was woken up, to find a man standing IN MY ROOM- they had given my room out to someone else! He absolutely frightened me, as services told him it was HIS room. Nothing was done during my stay to rectify these errors.
