Hands down the best hotel we've stayed so far this year (and we've stayed at many). Location was perfect, rooms are cleaned (could be brighter - make sure to request high floor facing sunlight), the bars were exceptional and forever buzzing. Most impressive were the staff who were extremely friendly and went out of their way to made our stay as memorable and comfortable as possible. Thank you so much and would love to visit again.

My husband and I stayed here 3 weeks ago and had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the customer service and hospitality exceeded our expectations. The location is great, walking distance to Oxford Street where there is plenty of shopping. The Hôtel restaurant and room service had great food. Naimah (Director of Quality) introduced herself and offered her assistance if needed. Highly recommend this hotel. We had a great experience and received great Customer Service. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to London.

The London Edition Hotel bar is absolutely fantastic. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring a top-notch experience. The artwork and décor create a stunning atmosphere, blending elegance with a contemporary edge. Highly recommend for an evening drink.

Location is decent, next to Oxford St. however, the rooms are small, waiting time for a lift is too long considering one lift had been out of service throughout the duration of my stay. I booked it for 7 nights yet they refused to entertain a late checkout, although i'm a Marriott Bonvoy member! In summary.. overpriced and never again. Many better options in London within this price range. Update: I have received the kind response from the hotel. As an update, I would like to confirm that I was allowed a late checkout after posting my reviews online. Initially, I was informed 12pm I must checkout, by instructions of the front-desk manager. The subsequent late checkout approved was 3pm not the time mentioned in the hotels response.

Broken elevator! Waiting 5 minutes and 5 times everyday for an elevator is just frustrating and not acceptable. I have been staying here fpr 10 nights and it hasnt been fixed yet. The overall experience is average at best. Looks like the management of this hotel is happy with an "ok" customer experience.
