Have been using the bar and arcade at The Light for a little while but never went upstairs to the cinema before... Until yesterday. Absolutely loved it! Very comfortable seats, huge screen and lovely staff. Big thank you to the ladies upstairs in the bar. Sorry I didn't catch your names and thanks to Josh as well. Really a nice touch to come in and introduce himself before the start of the movie. Will definitely be back!

I booked an adventure climb party for my son's 10th birthday and it was fantastic. Adam our host was amazing and made sure everything went smoothly and he was very attentive. I would definitely recommend.

The light had a lot to offer for my daughters birthday party. Adam was the member of staff that helped to run the party, he was very attentive and made sure we had everything needed in order for my daughter to have the best time with her friends. We will for sure be coming back to the light very soon!

Absolutely wonderful experience at the light last weekend. We booked a karaoke room for my daughter’s birthday. The staff could not have been more accommodating, helpful, and brilliant with the kids. The manager was spot on. He made such an effort to make my daughter’s day a fantastic experience. You could tell the staff were well led as they all had a similar attitude. Super helpful, welcoming and efficient. Thank you we really appreciated your efforts!

I have visited the light on several occasions now. I have been to the cinema with my children and love how you have the option of different seating. This is price dependant, but the basic seats are great, comfy, and spacious, and the price in comparison to other cinemas is really good value. I've also most recently been bowling with friends. I was a little disappointed this was based on time as we hadn't finished our game before we were kicked off and still had several goes left before the next people were loaded up on the screen. We also had food here. The food was amazing. We all had pizza but were let down by service as this came out 50 minutes after we ordered. We did receive an apology and was advised they were short staff. I've still given 5* because this is a fantastic place with so many varieties of activities for all ages. They have axe throwing, rock climbing, shuffle board game, arcades, mini golf, interactive darts, pool, etc. It just needs improvements on staffing and how things are run, and people will return all the time!
