August 2024Decorated beautifully. Very nice reception —the check-in process was pleasant and staff was so hospitable. Room is very comfy: from the bathtub, to the robes and slippers, to the pillows and bed, etc. Clean and feels like home. The complimentary happy hour is a nice touch. All the staff says hello and is friendly. Definitely recommend!

September 2024Beautiful historic building. The lobby, restaurant and hotel bar were architecturally stunning. From the concierge, to front desk, to the hostesses and everyone in between, the service was top notch. My only slight disappointment was the size of the room - but in London this is to be expected. Highly recommend.

August 2024Would highly recommend this hotel, from the moment we checked in the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed in a King suite and the room was stunning, spotlessly clean, and comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious. The complimentary soft drinks and coffee machine were a lovely addition to our Saturday morning. We had coffee and pastries in Burr and Co and I would argue it was one of the best coconut milk lattes I’ve ever had! The cocktail bar was stunning- the staff were really knowledgeable and the food menu here was great. Would highly recommend the cheese board. Breakfast was beautiful with lots of options to choose from at the buffet and also other kitchen items. We will definitely be back to the Kimpton 😊

September 2024Beautiful architectural and design details throughout. We arrived early from a red eye flight and the front desk did their best to accommodate us. We really enjoyed the restaurant on site as well as the cocktail bar. The rooms, however, left a lot to be desired. While well maintained, it is deceptively small compared to online photos. The bathroom was so small it is almost non-functional. Lastly, our room specifically had very squeaky floors, not great for light sleepers. Overall, location was accessible, with the tube being right around the corner. Would consider staying again, though would upgrade to a bigger room.
