Homeslice has certainly made a name for itself with its wood-fired pizza ovens. Having already set up shop in Covent Garden, Fitzrovia and Shoreditch, it’s now found a fourth home in the City’s Bloomberg Arcade. The restaurant serves up just one thing and that’s massive 20” pizzas. The innovative toppings, which change periodically, are what set Homeslice apart from other run-of-the-mill pizzerias. You can mix toppings, so you might find a combo of salami, rocket, Parmesan, goat shoulder, savoy cabbage and sumac yoghurt. Staff are happy to advise on the fun selection of cocktails, including the likes of a Strawberry and Thyme Sour. There are also craft beers and house wines in measurable magnums, so you only pay for what you drink.

Lovely pizza. 1 pizza is too large for a person. So 1 pizza for 2 people should be the standard and what you should go for. The one with Mushroom and Richota is highly recommended. Their chilli oil is hot. Really hot. Do eat it but in moderation. But you will love it. Highly recommended for a pizza.

We had the wagyu beef pizza and it was amazing. I would say that the pizza did take a bit of time to come out but I guess we just got there at a very busy time. If you order the ice tea I would recommend the white peach flavour much better than the mango flavoured one.

Very original and creative pizza combinations. Not my favorite, but might be good for others. The dough is good and classic pizza is good. Pizza is on the pricey side. They do very large pizzas as well. Good staff and nice atmosphere in a good location. There is no cutlery in the restaurant.

Meh! I wasn’t impressed with Home Slice in London and didn’t think it was worth the price. It wasn’t a terrible slice by any means, but it definitely didn’t live up to the hype I’d seen in reviews. The flavors were just average, and nothing really stood out to make it memorable. For the price, I was expecting a bit more quality and creativity. Overall, it was fine, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend it.
