The oldest hotel on Park Lane, five-star Grosvenor House offers some of the most impressive large-scale event space in London. Sprawling across 3,900sq m, the Mayfair hotel can host over 350 events a year. In 2016 it was treated to a refurb. The Great Room is popular for award ceremonies, while the striking Court Suite allows smaller groups to dine beneath chandeliers. Self-contained events facility 86 Park Lane has 20 well-equipped function rooms over a single floor. Our favourites among the smaller spaces are the stylish Royal Hyde Park Suite, which works as a meeting or dining room, and the wood-panelled Harcourt Suite.

Just came back from a family trip with my family that includes three young daughters ages 5,7, and 9. We had a fabulous time. Everything was amazing. Some of the reviews I read online had me worried that the hotel was not children friendly but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Others were there with their children as well. My Marriott Loyalty went a long way as well. The entire staff was very attentive to our needs, very accommodating, extremely friendly, really everything was top-notch. Thank you Anna for the goody bag came in handy!

Wow what an afternoon tea treat! We were warmly welcomed to the Park Room to the sound of a quintessential pianist playing. The service was very attentive but never over imposing our waiter Saiful was great at explaining the menu, making wonderful recommendations and was such a friendly host. The afternoon tea itself was the flower fair theme and everything lived up the magical beauty of it. Before the main event we were served a sorbet to cleanse the pallet and two open sandwiches! The actual afternoon tea was served beautifully. The sandwiches were lovely, only criticism would be a little light on the filling, the scones were freshly baked to perfection and dare I say the best I’ve had in my life! And the pastries were as beautiful as they looked. I did have to question if they were to share because despite there being 2 of us we only got one of each pastry (it was more than enough as was very rich and tasty). Our server very kindly gave us some extra pastries to take home as I said my daughter would have loved them! This was such a lovely touch and completely unexpected. All in all we were blown away by it - would highly recommend it to any afternoon tea lover!

Our stay at the JW Marriott London was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the professionalism and efficiency of the staff were impressive. A special thanks to Jessica, the Assistant Front Office Manager, who made us feel warmly welcomed at check-in, and to Herlyn at the lobby restaurant, whose exceptional service and attention to detail made our dining experience unforgettable. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. We had a wonderful stay and eagerly look forward to returning. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at this hotel several times and will gladly visit if we head to London again. The timeless elegance remains in both the area of service and room decor. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Access to the Underground is convenient, and the hotel borders Hyde Park. We ended up adding this stop at the last minute to get out of flood conditions in Cental Europe. Staff was very accommodating and we enjoyed several sunny, warm days in London!

Just stayed at the JW Marriott on Grosvenor Road, and it was pretty awesome! The hotel has this super fancy vibe, which made it feel really special. The lobby is stunning, and the staff were super nice and welcoming. The room was really nice, too. It was clean, modern, and had a really comfy bed. Plus, the view from the window was amazing! The bathroom was also pretty cool, with fancy toiletries and a big shower. One thing I really liked was the breakfast. There were so many options, from fresh fruit to pancakes, and everything tasted great. The only downside was that it was a bit expensive, but I guess that’s expected at a place like this. The location was also a big plus. It’s close to everything, so it was easy to get around and explore the city. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars. It was a great stay, but the price is a little high. Still, I’d totally recommend it if you’re looking for somewhere fancy to stay in London!
