The oldest hotel on Park Lane, five-star Grosvenor House offers some of the most impressive large-scale event space in London. Sprawling across 3,900sq m, the Mayfair hotel can host over 350 events a year. In 2016 it was treated to a refurb. The Great Room is popular for award ceremonies, while the striking Court Suite allows smaller groups to dine beneath chandeliers. Self-contained events facility 86 Park Lane has 20 well-equipped function rooms over a single floor. Our favourites among the smaller spaces are the stylish Royal Hyde Park Suite, which works as a meeting or dining room, and the wood-panelled Harcourt Suite.

February 2025Everything was excellent, the size of the room, comfort of the bed, the bathroom, the food (cooked to perfection served on piping hot plates) and the service from the staff who were all lovely, engaging and nothing was too much trouble. A 10/10 stay. The QPark underground car park was also conveniently located across the road and great value for a 24 hour stay.

March 2025Kudos to the lounge staff for their kind and attentive service. The lounge was well maintained and the staff works hard to keep the place spotless. Grosvenor house is a good ambassador of the JW Marriott brand and is on-par with our experience at Singapore JW (although food selection in SG was way more).

He was super helpful and knowledgeable about places to visit nearby, along with guiding us to the right transportation during our quick trip in London! The rooms were very spacious and quiet.

March 2025Excellent stay at the JW Grosvenor London. From the moment we arrived we were treated with tremendous kindness and excellent customer service. What went well: First, our room was beautiful, updated, clean and very well appointed. Housekeeping was fantastic and took great pride in their job. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Second, the executive lounge was exceptionally well done. Every staff member was warm, helpful and sincere. The food, snack and beverage selections were wonderful. Every team member in the lounge went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Third, the location of the hotel is perfect. Easy to walk to a number of restaurants and shopping as well as Hyde Park. The best part of our stay was the wonderful team of staff at the JW Marriott London. Everyone we encountered was top notch. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Already looking forward to a return trip.
