Claridge’s is an art-deco hotel in the centre of Mayfair, famous for providing timeless glamour for its guests. Afternoon tea is served in the Foyer and Reading Room, and food is on offer all day in the Foyer. Aulis, a chef’s table within the kitchen at Simon Rogan’s Michelin-starred restaurant Fera, is suited to smaller parties. For vintage champagnes and rare spirits, the Claridge’s Bar is the place to be, and later in the night one can retire to the Fumoir. The recently refurbished event spaces are suitable for a variety of events, from board meetings to A-list parties, and include the lavish 1930s Ballroom, French Salon and private meeting rooms.

Floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Brook Street create an elegant backdrop for board meetings and private dinners for up to 16 guests.

Everything has been said before about this fantastic place, but nothing prepared us for the kindness and sweetness of the staff - whatever their role might be. We were staying as a once in a lifetime treat for our 40th anniversary and it could not have been more special. Our ( very kindly upgraded) room was absolutely beautiful, but it was the warmth and friendliness of everyone we met that will stay with us most.

Delightful, very enjoyable afternoon tea. Plentiful sandwiches, lovely scones & cakes. Choice of 36 teas. Extensive wine list. Perfect champagne. Attentive, friendly, pleasant staff. Issac was brilliant. Impressive surroundings.

What can I say....it's certainly not cheap but...Quality does not come cheap !! From the moment we was at the doors me & my friend felt very welcomed. I suffer from anxiety but that literally disappeared after about 10 minutes. The Lady that served us was the loveliest person you could ever meet who made our first visit here even more special. The food/drinks and attention to detail was second to none. So a massive thank you to every staff member who made our visit and experience one that we will never forget. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you, thank you & thank you 🤍

Claridge’s, Claridge’s, Claridge’s Claridge’s has a name second to none, we all know about its history and its recent history on the refurbishment, the attention to detail is high, the building and interior design and layout old and new is just fantastic and the cleanliness throughout was above excellent. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening meal were all exceptional, and I can tell you, that you will never leave Claridge’s hungry! The jewel in the crown for me is their staff!!! From the time we turned up outside the building we were met with not just friendly staff but loving and caring people genuinely wanting to help. The reception team and even the security are more than well trained they seem handpicked for their genuine personalities as I cannot see how you can train this into so many people. If they have trained them, then the training is outstanding! The waiters and waitress’s were one step ahead and very welcoming and friendly, nothing was trouble for them, and they were not over friendly either. Big thank you to Jack that gave us a fantastic tour around the building giving us interesting facts about the hotel, he was so open and friendly and had an inspirational attitude towards beginning his journey as a staff member at the hotel. And thank you to all the Claridge’s family that made us feel at home, the wedding gifts and little extras were much appreciated. It was a magical stay and my wife did not want to leave and even shed happy tears in the taxi home. You can put millions into a building but if the people in it are not right, I would not be back, but in this case, I will be back for sure.
