Had the worst clubbing experience in London. Be aware that they are stealing things from the cloakroom! My friend's expensive Burberry scarf got stolen and my Burberry trench coat almost got stolen as well. Me and my friend put our coats on the same hanger and took a picture of the hanger's number as we were told so. At 4am I decided to leave earlier. The staff returned my coat and left my friend's on the same hanger. At 5am my friend came to pick up her coat and a scarf and the staff told her that her belongings were put on a different hanger and I was given a new number to the hanger. I was completely sober that night and I was not given a new number to the hanger after I took my coat at 4am. My friend was showing them the first picture of the hanger and was describing how her items look like, but they refused to give her coat and a scarf back. As a result, she had to leave the club without them and contact the club the other day. The next day, me and my friends came again to this club and my friend was told by the management that she can pick up her items then. When we arrived to the club, my friend went to check for her items. However, the coat was there, but the Burberry scarf was not there anymore... Coupled with that, at around 4.30am I came to the cloakroom to pick up my coat and I was told that my coat is not there anymore and was given to somebody else because they had shown the number to this hanger. How is it possible that somebody else had the same number as me? (This time me and my friends left our coats on separate hangers). I kept asking 3 times to check if my coat is there, but they kept saying it's not there. Once we had asked for security to check CCTV, my coat magically reappeared. I am extremely disappointed of this club, because me and my friends enjoyed the music and spent there £1500+ in the table to be fooled and robbed at the end. Please be careful and do not leave your stuff in their supervision.
