1 Wimpole Street has some of the most comfortable and technically advanced conference & events spaced in central London. Located minutes way from Oxford Circus & Bond Street underground stations it is connected to all the major railway stations in London. There are over 15 function spaces including 3 state-of-the-art auditoriums the largest of which holds up to 300 people. There is a large glass roofed atrium perfect for events for up to 200 people. Plus other smaller meeting spaces. An experienced in-house AV team are on hand a tall times as are the in-house kitchen and catering teams.
Accommodation is on site is available as well.
The spacious Max Rayne Auditorium has 148 luxurious tiered leather seats facing a purpose-built stage with state-of-the-art audio visual capabilities, making it the perfect event space for conferences, lectures, seminars, corporate meetings, presentations, and other private events. This auditorium is also designed to be fully accessible, with two conveniently located wheelchair spaces at the front of the room. The walls are fitted with wooden acoustic Gustav' panelling and the room boats cameras and recording equipment for video broadcasting and online streaming. This spacious room is also a popular location for film screenings, filming and photography.

I went to a conference here. It was nice to be spread out across two floors. This allowed people to have space (in opposed to being crowded into one room), no disturbance from late comers, and also easy access for the ground floor room and lifts to others. The downside was that they didn't set up any interaction between rooms. So the main room had all the microphones and ground floor could only spectate. Lunch was provided, although the choice was limited if you had intolerances, dietry needs, or don't like what's on offer. Sometimes, you want more than a salad. There are limited shops close by, so you may lose time going further afield, so if you have a special diet, bring your own just in case. The building itself is attractive, clean, and has good bathroom facilities, so queues were minimal. As an attendee, it was a good choice for a cooperate event.
