Should the Hirer cancel the booking, the following charges will apply: Up to 45 days before the Event - 50% of the Total Venue Hire Fee; Less than 45 days before the Event - 75% of the Total Venue Hire Fee; Less than 30 days before the Event - 100% of the Total Venue Hire Fee; Less than 48 hours from the Event - 100% of the Estimated Event Cost

Attended a sales presentation in a conference room the 8th floor. Friendly vibes from the checkin and lift staff. Great facilities and bar with balconies with fab views.
