Marlin Waterloo

We spent 5 nights. The room was clean. Had a small kitchenette; it was useful. There is no phone in the room. To contact reception you need to text them on whatsapp. It takes some time for them to respond, but they do get the job done. I recommend putting more coffee in the room. Location is great; 10 mins walk to bigben. There are few stores around the hotel; supermarket, coffee shop, and couple of restaurants. The reception lady Oksana is very helpful.

This is an amazing hotel in a very convenient location. It is within easy walking distance of London Eye and Westminster but it is also super easy to get public transport to the heart of central London (Piccadilly/Oxford Street). Lambeth North underground station is very close and multiple bus routes stop at the nearby bus stop. The hotel is modern and very clean. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The self check in and check out system is simple and very efficient and there are also very friendly staff on hand to assist. I will definitely book here again when I am next in London.

I have a great experience at the Marlin-Waterloo! Location is near tons of bus and the train routes- convenient for hopping around all of London. The check-in and check-out was seamless and the staff were welcoming and very helpful! They offer a buffet breakfast in a lovely dining area, which we availed of. Our room was super spacious with natural light view and a luxurious comfy bed. In all, great service in a beautiful hotel for a very enjoyable and comfortable weekend stay.
