Marlin Waterloo offers stylish serviced apartments in a prime central London location. Guests appreciate the modern decor, spacious rooms, and convenient kitchenettes. The proximity to Waterloo Station and major attractions is a major plus. However, some guests note minor drawbacks like small bathrooms and additional fees for daily housekeeping. Overall, Marlin Waterloo is a solid choice for travelers seeking comfort and independence in a central location.

What a gem of a hotel in a great location! The room, amenities, and staff were more than pleasant during our 4 day stay. The convenience to Westminster, the Waterloo Rail Station, and the Underground gave us so much freedom to explore the city. We found the area to be quite artsy (Leake St. Tunnel) with lots of food options nearby. Even though there were constant trains nearby, the windows were apparently sound-proofed as when they were closed, we heard nothing. I would happily stay here again.

Excellent location, staff, value and cleanliness. Just improve the comfort of pull out beds. Liked · The staff were very friendly, the rooms were very modern and clean/well maintained, as is the hotel in general. It's about 10 minutes walking distance from Westminster bridge so it's location is excellent. Lambeth North underground station is just around the corner for easy public transport. There are cafés close by and a supermarket down the road. The room has a kitchen. It was very quiet. Overall good value (especially for London). Disliked · It was 4 of us sharing a room. The pull out bed wasn't very comfortable as it was inclined at an angle.

Central Large room and bathroom Very Clean Very quiet considering it is next to the rail lines, their windows do an amazing job. Has a bar with good cocktails 2-4-1 Close to street with bars and restaurants and hardware store. Staff very polite House keeper (Monica) on our floor was definitely a great ambassador for the hotel. Very kind and helpful lady. I would stay again.

I booked this hotel mostly because the room is relatively big in London (just normal everywhere else). The room was quiet despite the hotel was seated right next to the Waterloo Rail Station. The room was clean, but very standard and normal. Nothing good, nothing bad, just standard. Could use some renovation for sure. The location is convenient but the neighborhood is not super great. Don't get me wrong, it is safe but not super well kept, just think a hipster that type of place. The staff at front desk was friendly and helpful.
