Where to begin... Bought what was meant to be a brand new pair of trainers. What arrived was not. I have been given the run around ever since. Trainers had a scuff on the back of one, laces where different on one shoe to the other and marks on the sole. The spare laces were thrown on top of the shoes and were not in the protective bag. They couldnt even be bothered to put the paper stuffing back inside the trainer. They look to be a display pair which was was not advertised. I called customer service who I had already sent pictures to via email with no response who told me I would have to wait for a refund upto 10 days for them to do an investigation. I had to argue with them telling them it's not my fault why should I wait all I want is my trainers. She told me she would send me another pair only to recieve am email a couple hours later saying there warehouse team had made yet another mistake and that these where the last pair!! That would explain the pair that I was sent!! I sent the pair via there link and was told it would be fast tracked as it was there fault. I'm still waiting no trainers and no money. This is one of the worst experiences of online shopping I've ever had. I have a holiday booked next week and now will not be able to order from else where all I can say is if you need something from this company to be delivered and quality checked with peace of mind you will not get that order from somewhere else. As of yet I'm still waiting 8 days from the purchase date and no sign of getting my money back being told another 10 days so 18 days for something that has nothing to with me fault wise. Ridiculous.
