August 2024I booked a day pass on their website days in advance, received multiple confirmations and paid 60 pounds. I then showed up and was TURNED AWAY after 45 minutes of a completely useless back and forth. No apology, no nothing. It’s insane how this place promotes itself as a professional service and charges people money for wasting their time.
