October 2024Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful, they offered some compensation for building noise and then no hot water overnight and into the next day. Premium room was a good size, double shower. The vanity mirror fell off the wall, which was fixed pretty fast. Room 402 was a bit jaded but adequate. Comfy bed and pillows.

February 2025I mean... The rooms are not the most luxurious or whatever, but you're literally next to the British museum? If you have an issue, it is quickly resolved. No drain plug for the bath tub you pay for though?

February 2025We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu! The staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful we’ve ever encountered—truly exceptional service. They even surprised us with a birthday cake and a bottle of Prosecco, which was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. There were a couple of minor issues: the coffee machine in our room was broken, but the amazing staff personally brought us fresh coffees, which made up for it. The mattress cover had some stains and should be replaced, and the air conditioning in room 501 was quite loud overnight and needs servicing. Despite these small inconveniences, we loved our experience. The hotel’s location is perfect—close to everything you’d want to visit in London. Overall, a great stay, and we’d definitely recommend it!

January 2025The good: - bed was OK. - service was friendly at the reception and the restaurant - room cleaning was rather efficient, save for not replacing the drink glasses - superior room was roomy, and with two consecutive reservations, we got to keep the same room without needing to switch to another one. The bad: - The room was cold. I would estimate room temperature at around 17 degrees. Not a very nice feeling to wake up in the middle of the night as the tip of your nose is "frozen." - Room was rather outdated, could do with an update. In the bathroom, the shower screen hinges were somewhat twisted so that the screen would not sit straight where it is supposed to be, leaking shower water onto bathroom floor. - After raising the issue of the coldness (reception apparently has dealt with same issues earlier), we were promised that a mechanic would look into it, but there was no follow-up. We brought it up a second time and it seems that something was done for the third day. Neutral: Breakfast buffet was OK. Scrambled eggs were a bit too mushy for my taste. £30 per person is a bit steep. Overall, considering that the going rate is about £200 a night for a double room, £300 for Superior, I think it is quite expensive considering what you get.
