Stayed here from Sunday to friday, the staff were super friendly, 2 minute walk from Hendon central, rooms are all good, I'd definitely recommend it here if you're staying in London for work. Alessandro was brilliant. Thanks folks. 👊🏼

Excellent hotel. Parking available, good prices, very friendly staff. 24h reception, room service etc. Bed was comfortable, shower nice and well equipped. E.g. I've never seen luxury wooden cotton swabs at a hotel bathroom before.

My husband and i stayed here for 3 nights and we were very pleasantly surprised by the service! Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and cheerfully so. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the building being small gives it a very quaint and cozy vibe! The location is nice for a relaxing evening after spending the day in central London!

Overall the room was nice and large - it was a disabled room so a little bigger. The downside was the staff, they abruptly asked for my bank card and licence but didn't tell me why, and was more interested in doing something else. The wifi didn't work at all, which didn't help the smart tv for any of the apps. Location was very convenient for work which was great.

Location Great. Next to train Parking free. Amazing Room is BAD Dirty pillows. Mattress that is too soft. No Aircon. Can’t open window as ground level. Unsafe and next to rubbish and Carpark walkway. Smell of cigarette Staying alone for a day maybe fine. Not a room for couple or family
