From the outside the Hotel is very dated...but step inside and it looks amazing. Room had everything we needed, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Onsite parking a bonus, but be aware that height barrier is 5'8. Walking distance to tube station and restaurants, the Greatest Showman was just across the road. Bar food was delicious, breakfast not so much! Staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Great hotel, perfect location for lots of landmarks. We had the loveliest service from the staff here, especially in the Lounge Area. There was a wonderful trainee who served our drinks in the afternoon, followed by the fabulous Eduardo in the evening! The service was so kind and attentive and the food and drinks were great, too! Thank you!

Location for the ‘Come Alive’ show was excellent. Nearest tube less than a 5 minute walk. Room was clean, quiet and adequately furnished. Complementary items in the mini bar was a little bonus. Liked the bar and the pizza. Reception area was comfy and pleasant to sit in. Breakfast was satisfactory- we chose not to eat there though on our second morning (even though we’d paid for it) as we preferred to eat elsewhere. Air conditioning wasn’t effective so the nights were hot (even in April). Would stay again and recommend

I booked this hotel as it was close to the empress theatre where I had tickets for. Room was lovely and clean, a few minor issues - the shower pressure was very low (on both settings) and 2 of the shower bottles attached to the wall fell off the wall. Breakfast the following morning was delicious and fresh. Me and my partner are regular visitors to London and I always say a good hotel always makes the trip worthwhile and we have yet to be disappointed

Enjoyed my 2nd stay at this hotel. It's nicely located. Was there for Kubecon in Excel. Took a 55min voyage with the Tube. Very friendly and supportive staff. I will def. come back when I visit London again, for business and/or leisure. Really appreciated the staff's effort to get my reported lost luggage from last visit retrieved again.
