We loved the location of this hotel, close to two Underground stations. Great food and drinks at the restaurant. Maria Roberto was amazing, great service, so friendly.

Great stay at the newly refurbished room! Excellent service, got 2 free drinks & promotion for dining, the room is clean & tidy, good location as well. Special thanks to Micky for the excellent hospitality! We will certainly come back next time😁

Very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Very nice room. Good breakfast in a nice dining area. Very friendly and tentative staff. Some small negative things, 2 og 4 elevators were not working part of the stay so there was some queue there. We were not able to adjust the air conditioning, so it was stuck at 24.5 Celsius our last night. Would stay here again.

The stay was rather nice. I did not experience problems with the construction still going on upstairs since I was gone most of the day, during the times they were working (after 11). The staff at the desk was really helpful and helped me with some things that I ran into the first night. I would say the standard room is a bit smaller than I anticipated (looks like the pictures but in reality the size of the bed really takes up most of the space). The location isn't the greatest if you enjoy walking to places, but again, this was a thing I knowingly took on when I saw the location during my reservation.

I had a great stay at Mercure London Earls Court. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the tube station, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities and comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any queries. I especially appreciated the breakfast options, which were varied and fresh each morning. The only minor downside was that the room felt a bit small for the price, but overall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to explore London!
