Noura was our server at Barnaby’s and she took such great care of us. We came in very late but she gave us plenty of time to eat and responded to all of our needs. The food was excellent as well. We will definitely be back!

What a fantastic stay we had at the Mercure London Earls Court! We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay. A bus stop is directly outside the hotel, and the hotel is only a short distance from the underground, overground and train station, so getting to the heart of the city is a pleasure. We were immediately made to feel at home by the exceptionally kind and accommodating staff. An ideal way to kick off the day, the breakfast was delicious and included everything you need. On both evenings, we stopped by the bar, and it was a wonderful memory because to the excellent service, lively ambiance, and delicious cocktails. This hotel was perfect for our stay in London, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone!

In general I had a good stay. Everyone was helpful and respectful. The room however lacked some amenities and there was no telephone to call the reception, housekeeping, or room service and there was no fridge like similar Mercure hotels. When I inquired I was told this missing equipment was due to refurbishment. I wish this was made clear on the website or application so I could have booked another Accor hotel as I am a gold member.

The room was small but clean - it was up to the normal standard. The food in the restaurant was - unlike many English restaurants - it was excellent! Not just fish and chips, but good Mediterranean cuisine. I would particularly like to mention the competent and friendly service from Noura, who served us so kindly in the restaurant!
