This Radisson Blu is amazing ! I called to organize a surprise for my friend having an anniversary and they went above and beyond to make sure that my friend had a great stay. Top class staff who deserve so much recognition! All my friends and family are impressed and we will stay with you again when staying in London. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional service and comfort. Upon arrival, I was initially disappointed with the room that had been booked by my travel agent, but the staff went above and beyond to resolve the issue promptly. Special thanks to Sonia at the reception, who was both kind and professional, making me feel genuinely cared for. The reception manager also took the time to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible, showing great dedication to guest satisfaction. Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I truly appreciated their efforts to make my stay perfect!

I am quite shocked that this is a four star hotel. The room I stayed in was tiny, the carpet was worn and stained and so was the furniture. The air con / heating was so loud, I could not sleep. Reception told me just to turn it off so I did but my room was uncomfortably hot, I had the worst night's sleep and woke up feeling terrible. There was no phone in the room or number for reception so I had to go down to them in the night. Bathroom was tiny. For the price of this single room, I was disappointed and left feeling quite angry. Pros, iron and ironing board in room and bottle of water. Tea making facilities and decent cup of tea. Bed was actually very comfortable as were the pillows. Good location.
