We had a brilliant 2 night stay here. The room was great with lots of space, a very comfy bed and a nice bathroom. The staff were all incredibly polite and helpful and made our time there a real holiday, and the complimentary cocktail delivered to the room was a lovely touch. We will definitely be back when we are next on holiday in London.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever been to. Such nice rooms and a nice lobby and so beautiful in general. The room view was good I could see the buildings and looked beautiful at night. There is a big pool with a jacuzzi and is so relaxing. The staff are so respectful and kind. The buffet for breakfast was very healthy and delicious. It is a 10 minute walk from London Bridge and easy access to shops like tesco. Will come here again totally recommend it.

Stayed here in September 2004. absolutely brilliant in every aspect. Booked this hotel through Booking.com from Australia. Asked for a room with a view if possible. Boy did they deliver. See photos but we had a magnificent of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Room was very comfortable, beds great. There was a restaurant downstairs out back with a view of the Roman wall right next to it. There was a great bar and cafe called Corvo downstairs at the front which is where we frequented during our stay. Staff there were great, friendly and attentive. Old fashions and coffee just great. Front of house staff were fantastic, especially the concierge service led by Robert who was just brilliant ( could not have been any better) The hotel is situated 50m from Tower Hill station so could travel any where from there on the Tube. It is walking distance to Tower Bridge and The London Tower, Sky garden and numerous other attractions just over the Tower Bridge. We will definitely be staying there in the future on our return to London.

Great hotel in a fantastic location, close to Tower Bridge and Borough Market. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room with complimentary coffee and water. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The hotel offers concierge service for luggage storage and has leisure areas like a pool and spa. I didn’t use them, but they seemed popular with guests. Robes are also provided in the room. The only downside was that only one elevator was working, which caused some waiting. Despite that, I’d recommend the hotel and would stay again.

It is a lovely hotel. Bed was fantastic, shower was epic. Spa was very good and a good weights room for a hotel gym. The bar area is a bit of a disaster, it's too bright. The staff are nice and the breakfast was very good. Omelette was excellent. The dining room is just a bit odd and needs a redesign. But overall I had a lovely stay here.
