Extremely satisfied. Booked for my wife’s birthday. Luxurious and ultra central. As for the rooms very Spacious, yacht quality. Super,super. Will come back again

We had a wonderful night away as a family of 4! Such a fun experience to do something different in London. The staff were wonderful - particular thanks to Precious and Luca who were so friendly and helpful. The food in the bar was tasty, great view of the city, and a nice short walk to the cable cars.

Unbelievable place to stay. Feels like being on a cruise liner. Spotlessly clean, the room was enormous. We had a river view room with a king size bed. Staff are so helpful and polite and made us feel really important. Walked into the bar and instead of standing waiting the barman invited us to take a seat and he came over to take our order. Wouldn't ever stay anywhere else in London after this.

Loved it here. Amazing service, fabulous room where we couldn't hear anything else and super comfy bed. Yum breakfast too. The smoked salmon was perfect

Nice boat hotel Nothing special tho except for the look of it and the location We ordered room service and ended up going to collect it as it wouldn't have got to our room The bar service was non existent, we had to go up to the bar to order every time as only 1 waitress was on duty and still it took 15mins to get to our table a few feet away so I'm the end I waited when ordering and took my drinks We didn't stay for food as the menu didn't float our boat, yes a little joke but no we went out to eat so can't comment on the food service So would we stay again? Yes for the location but the on board service needs to improve next time or we definitely won't recommend it unfortunately
