February 2025Had an amazing work Christmas party visit here where we split across four rooms and everyone had an amazing time (and escaped!) We played Sherlock’s Despair which was the perfect amount of tricky but achievable for four of us - only needed one hint to move us along! Huge thanks to Mike, Joyce, Jarred who took care of my chaotic teams! Very lovely people!

March 2025Disappointing. I had high hopes due to their claims of being the "most immersive escape room in London" only to be highly disappointed. The joker room was not that immersive. It was very boring and definitely not a 5/5 difficulty. It didn't feel as thought-proving or exciting as made out to be. There were hardly any props to interact with, you are just in one predominantly and one of the props were broken which did take away from the experience. I left a note to indicate this booking was a birthday celebration and the staff did not care in the slightest. No added touches to make it special as other escape rooms do (I will mostly go back to this other escape room).The reception was cold from the beginning and the taskmaster had no energy to engage with us and set the scene. They rushed the story, rushed us during the game - despite having no customers after. We made quite the journey and were quite excited so it was not the best experience for our family. We should've stuck with our guts to enjoy the day with another escape room. They get a star for the price.
