Home to music and creative studios and a 500 capacity state-of-the-art performance space and ancillary spaces. Please note: we do not accept inquiries for public ticket selling music events!

The first site in question is a large warehouse location in London with:
- a fully equipped, state-of-the-art club space on the top floor of about 500 capacity
- a stripped down club space of about 350 capacity
- a terrace area with views of an industrial landscape
- a flat roof perfect for capturing the aforementioned views
- numerous nooks and crannies spread throughout the venue for close shots

The other site is a second large warehouse space, converted into studios, with a huge convertible door at the end of the building and an upper floor with more studios.

The location is a COVID Secure Shoot Space (Adhering to APA Guidelines).
Spaces are available for Hair & Makeup / Costume / Green Room. Additional features of the film location are high speed fiber optic internet, 24 hour access, on site parking & service entrance/Lift and equipment hire.

The location is a popular location for commercials, music videos and other kinds of productions.
