A huge thank you to Marina for her unwavering support and truly exceptional service throughout my stay. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Check-in was smooth and quick, and my room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

We really enjoyed everything. We came for one night and were upgraded to a suite on the 35th floor. Stunning view. Nice and large room. The bed is very comfortable. The rooftop bar is amazing with a stunning view and excellent cocktails. The breakfast is excellent. The pool is nice. It's a shame that the sauna didn't work. We really enjoyed it and we're sure we'll come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, especially as we were celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary. As Platinum members, we were upgraded to a beautiful junior suite, which was a wonderful surprise. We ordered breakfast to the room on the first morning—everything worked perfectly and the food was absolutely delicious. We spent the whole day exploring the city, and when we returned in the afternoon, our room was spotlessly clean just like when we first arrived—compliments to the housekeeping team! Overall, this is truly a top hotel with fantastic views of London, and we will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel, staff were very friendly and quick with check in. The bar staff were excellent too, always checking for drinks and they offered us a better seat near the window when it was available. Room was excellent for being the cheapest available, great view from floor 29 and shower was really good. Water wasn't topped up every day but room was cleaned well. Swimming pool and 'sauna' was okay, pool could have been warmer and the sauna was a sanitarium for clarity (just a bit humid). Didn't get a chance to try breakfast as wanted to try nearby breakfast restaurants.

Nice hotel, modern and well kept. Clean room and good breakfast with great views. Nice staff too. To improve: shower screen lets water out and the bathroom's floor ends full of water. Breakfast: not enough space at around 08:00 to sit all guests. Long lines to sit. You have the option to go to the bar if you don't want to wait to get a table, but then you'll have to be climbing up and down the stairs between the buffet and your table.
