Overall great stay at this hotel. Room was clean and had plenty of room for two over-packed guests. The staff was so kind and helpful with every thing we needed along the way. The location is so perfect for transportation. We were able to use the underground (multiple lines, but JUBILEE is so close!), the Uberboat AND the bus -- ALL in short walk times. While we didn't get to check out the restaurant/bar during our stay, the coffee shop below is fantastic. Overall would recommend Novotel Canary Wharf and would stay again!

Great hotel, especially the location. A lot of the facilities weren’t in operation such as the open rooftop which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Also in the café, at least 80% of the items weren’t in stock. Some of the staff were nice but others especially in the restaurant upstairs were a bit rude to the other colleagues, I witness one tell his colleague to “act like you’re doing something” which I thought was a bit rude. The restaurant was also closed on Sunday & Monday. I also asked for cello tape at the downstairs lobby and the worker told me he couldn’t give it for health and safety reasons? Cello tape? Another worker just gave it and told me to return it in 10 minutes. The room was very beautiful, very clean, very nice, I enjoyed it a lot. Although, I did ask for a room high up and only got the ninth floor out of 35 floors, my view I imagined would be London’s skyline but instead was construction work and council estates. Although, I would return to this hotel, loved the swimming pool. The gym was very small with not a lot of equipment and the sauna was also out of service. I think you should offer discounts if you’re going to say that you have things available then a majority of them aren’t available.

Great located hotel. Rooms good size, staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast tasty and staff lovely, however layout is a bit confusing and the coffee machines kept failing. Not the staff fault but a bit annoying. Bedroom good, a few bits of decoration could be rectified to make even better. Overall a good location and good hotel with easy access to all that Canary Wharf offers.

We booked an Executive Room - the room was nice enough, definitely could have been cleaner (dust everywhere for example). For the price would have expected better tea/coffee facilities. The view was beautiful. Breakfast was poor - staff were rude and uninterested, items weren’t replaced and when asked staff said ‘it’ll come when it comes’. The food wasn’t great when it did eventually come out.
