December 2024I have stayed here multiple times, and it is great location close to all major companies located on Canary Wharf. The rooms are spacious with a modern interior, and the breakfast on the 38th floor comes with a view. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

October 2024Canary Wharf seems far from central London but it’s actually quite easy to access to and move around the city from there. The hotel is modern and fit perfectly with the financial district buildings. Service was fine. They got a 24/7 room service if I recall correctly. Room is nice and spacious but could be refurbished. It’s good for a quick business trip.

December 2024The check in was way too long. I arrived at 2:30, and didn't get my room until 3:40. The room was an accessibility room, which I did not require. Unfortunately there was also a banging door all night above me. The room was comfortable, and very convenient to get to all of London as it is a 7 minute walk to major tube stations. It was also very easy to get to London Heathrow. The staff were very nice. The pool and sauna were terrific.

December 2024Pros: The hotel has a modern and fashion style, with Pools and beautiful Sky Bar. The room has a great view. Cons: The Bathroom drainage wasn’t very good, and the bathroom was extremely wet after taking a shower - Dry and wet Separations in Bathroom need to be much improved. The supply of Shampoo and Shower Gel was limited when we first entered the room. The service wasn’t very efficient and we wait for a long while to receive 2 more towels needed. The single beds are extremely small and look smaller than pictures. The Sky Bar closes too early with last order only at 10PM.
