January 2025Great hotel and value for money rooms - amazing views over London. We were lucky to have the view from our room as well as enjoying the rooftop bar on 38th floor. Didn’t have breakfast but stay was very comfortable. Our room was ready when we arrived early and check out 12 means you can enjoy the morning. Would return

February 2025Stayed here for an early Valentine’s celebration and was greeted by a very friendly and polite gentleman (sadly I can’t remember his name!) he recommended us a room with a good view and made the whole check in process very smooth. The room was very smart and did have a lovely view, the room was clean although a few small stains on the carpet which I guess can’t be helped. Had a good selection of teas and 2 water bottles in the fridge. Overall would stay here again and enjoyed exploring the location.

February 2025Great two night stay. Very comfortable. Fantastic views from restaurant and bar. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Elina ( ? spelling), the restaurant manager at breakfast deserves a special thank you for exceptional service, so personable with everyone, a real asset to the hotel. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

February 2025I stayed in the suite, with a bath in the room, and it was beautiful. I feel like for the money they could have touched up areas that were clearly worn, but aside from that it was a good space. I didn’t get to enjoy the balcony as it was raining but I imagine in summer it’s stunning. The only thing I would say, although I shouldn’t have expected it, would be when there’s only 2 suites that expensive in the hotel they should, IMO, clean them first. I asked about early check in a few times (I had an event) and I felt disappointed reception didn’t try to organise the cleaners to clean a suite first so I could get in (I’d happily pay). Reception etc were lovely, but having worked in customer services myself - I felt this could have been pushed, esp when paying so much. It didn’t taint anything, but I do feel like priority could have been made and easily done. Check out is at 12, check in at 3, if they had started on 1 suite it could have been ready by 1/1.30pm. I feel like this wasn’t even asked to the cleaners - which I think is a fair thing to request. I’d like to add, the breakfast was spectacular! HUGE. I would recommend if you get room service that 1 cooked breakfast is enough for 2 people.

January 2025Booked for a birthday weekend and choose this hotel for its facilities and location in Canary Wharf. Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Room was clean but lacked products as no hair conditioner or body cream. Also no robe or slippers which made going to the pool a bit awkward. I did ask in reception but was told these weren’t supplied however we saw other guests with them which was disappointing. Breakfast was really nice though.
