Looking for a venue with real personality? Just imagine what you could you do with our beautiful little cinema if you had it for the morning/afternoon/evening?

First-time visitors invariably greet our intimate auditorium with a “Wow”, as they catch sight of our stellar Bruce Munro light installation. Add to that our sassy interior, exclusive VIP box for 12, and our very own Gallery Bar, and our 75 seat cinema adds up to a flexible, magical venue with a difference.

Weddings and civil ceremonies; product launches, AGMs, team building and conferences; birthday parties with sticky sweets and birthday parties with wicked cocktails; studio hire, private screenings and previews; wedding proposals, christenings, and even a memorial service; we’ve had them all here.

All those possibilities! What would you do with it?

The Lexi is a great cinema. They offer films that you won't get at a multi-plex cinema. Everywhere I go, I look for an independent cinema and patronize them. Thoughtful, different, and intelligent cinema. Go. You won't be sorry.

We love the Lexi in our family. Whole family cinema trips, mummy daughter dates for an afternoon film, local date nights, it's not just a great little cinema but it's a worthy charity institution as well. The drinks and snacks available for purchase are decently priced and good quality, the volunteer staff always polite and cheerful. What's not to love for a local cinema?

This place makes me question whether I ever want to go to an actual cinema again. Independent cinemas are the way forward. Everything about this place was just absolutely spectacular, It was somehow very different from a standard cinema in a shopping center. Warm and welcoming and truly cared for. The recycling is one thing that really stood out for me.
