August 2024We got married at the Chelsea Old Town Hall and treated ourselves to a night's stay at The Ampersand Hotel for our wedding night. Everything was magical. They even put rose petals on the bed, and complimentary treats for us. They were kind enough to upgrade us too. Couldn't have asked for more. Staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Beds were comfy and hotel was amazing. Highly recommend.

August 2024Delicious and fun afternoon tea. The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. The Dino themed food stands looked very well used and a bit shabby. But that would be my only criticism and didn't detract from having a great experience. All in all; a fun and engaging afternoon tea for little ones.

September 2024Such a lovely hotel. Very conveniently located. Lots of cute bars and food nearby. Cute lobby. They offer Afternoon Tea. They have a really nice restaurant and bar downstairs. The room was very nicely decorated. Bathroom was small but very luxurious with a TV in the bath. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again

July 2024The science afternoon tea was absolutely sensational. This review is coming from a 30 year old daughter and her mother! The food, especially the savoury options, was delicious! The whole experience was wonderfully fun! I would recommend this afternoon tea to anyone and everyone! The staff were fabulous as well, the perfect amount of attentiveness and compared to other London hotel teas it was a really great price! I can't wait to go back and experience it all again!

July 2024Couldn't have been more impressed. Wonderful staff, very comfortable beds, quiet room and super close to the museums and South Kensington tube. They made us feel so welcome at the Ampersand, fantastic breakfast options as well. We'll definitely be back.
