I got a recommendation from a Russian friend to go to Zima and I need to tell you the our experience was so lovely. The food is amazing and Victoria gave us the best time ever. We really appreciated the experience. If you are looking for a place with good food please go there.

Absolutely blown away by the quality of food, the service you get for the price and the portions. Sometimes it felt like a true Michelin-style restaurant. Every position in the menu is carefully thought out and the staff and the place is just amazing. Thanks Emilia. Will absolutely come back again and again. 12/10

I had the pleasure of dining at ZIMA, and it was my first experience with Russian cuisine—what an incredible introduction! The food was absolutely delicious, full of bold and comforting flavors that left me wanting more. A special mention goes to our waitress, Victoria, who was simply outstanding. She was warm, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot-on; from the flavorful dishes to the infused Russian vodka (which was the highlight of the evening), everything she suggested was perfect. ZIMA is a gem for anyone looking to explore authentic Russian food. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We went there last night for my birthday dinner. We got a table upstairs next to the window which was very nice. We were told that we have an hour and a half (7pm-8.30pm) for our meal which was fine with us before they located us to the table. There were 2 big groups of people on our floor and all the waiters and waitresses focused on them while we were trying to order food and drinks. After we ordered everything, it seemed normal and smooth until we finished starters. We waited for a while for our main course, they served our main course nearly 8.15pm. A few minutes before 8.30pm while we were still eating, the waitress and the waiter came to us and asked a table back. We explained them that the service is slow that’s why we haven’t finished the food yet. The waiter was pretty rude and argued every single word we said. We finished the food and asked for the bill. They came to us and told us that now we have unlimited time in this restaurant. And we waited 20 minutes for the bill after we asked them a couple times. The food was amazing. Everything was great but not at the end. We were too nice to them by paying the service charge which they don’t deserve. Ruining someone’s birthday dinner is inconsiderate!

Lovely atmosphere, good service, variety of traditional options to try Russian cuisine. It is definitely appreciated by locals as there were many Russian speakers in the restaurant. Limited vegetarian options unfortunately. I’ve found the prices a bit high for the portion sizes which is not uncommon in central London actually.
