November 2024Perfect for attending seminars at Unite H.Q. Large well appointed rooms, with 2x double beds, tv, clean bathroom/toilet, 24hr bar, large rest area with comfy chairs, tasty breakfast, helpful and polite staff. Would definitely use again.

October 2024Paid $250 for a deluxe room. Were put in a below ground floor room with construction going on til 10:30pm or so. Our view was some kind of junk or storage bags of some kind and pipes with steam or something coming out. We could watch the backhoe and people's legs going by. We had a couple of drinks but were seated in the lobby. The next evening they didn't even have the Jamison we were drinking.

August 2024Terrible! Stay away. When we checked in after a long trip, nobody offered us any help with our bags. Only one key was issued due to some system malfunction. Room is old. Bathroom with dents and cracks. Signs of the water damage on the ceiling. No deadbolt, so no way to lock the room from the inside. No USB or any other power source by the bed. Air conditioner is located right above the bed and blows air into the face. Very bright outside lights are right in front of our windows and it is impossible to sleep without shades. Shower door is installed on the wrong side. I can keep going, but this is more than enough to conclude: This is not a 4 star hotel as they claim. It is an overpriced 2 star motel.
