I really enjoyed using the facilities at the Leonardo Hotel in London. The location is amazing, with stunning views overlooking St. Paul’s Cathedral. The conference facilities were excellent, especially the brilliant boardroom on the first floor, perfect for a group of 20. The person looking after us was exceptional, and the bar area was a great spot for drinks afterwards. The only slight hiccup was the complexity of having to sign multiple contracts for a simple room booking. However, once that was sorted, our experience on the day was exceptional. Highly recommend this venue for any event users!

Very nice hotel, a short walk from St Pauls cathedral and Blackfriars station, so perfect location. The rooms were very clean and the chocolates and other amenities provided were much appreciated. The only issue we found was that the shower cubicle does flood the floor a little bit. Other than that, we had a lovely stay.

Hostess (man) on the check in was rude. Cleaning- they didn’t wash glasses normally even once. Not the table. Location is perfect. Rooms big enough and bed is comfortable. Elevators were always overloaded. Needed to wait 5-10 minutes to get down. View-to the wall🤦♀️
