June 2024Came here for an overnight stay so we could explore London without having to commute back home. We got the room with breakfast included and I recommend this if you don’t know the capital too well. Check in is at 3pm but they looked after our bags before this, enhancing our day so much. Travelling up the glass elevator to the room was a pleasant experience and the room itself was nice, spacious and clean. Room service and mini bar facilities are available. They have a bar at the ground floor which is a nice quiet place to relax after a day of tourism or work (2 photos are of the bar area looking up). The staff were helpful and polite and really run a tight ship (thank you). I would consider returning - excellent *****

July 2024If you would like to go in holidays or just for a weekend to a place and feel as if you were at home, then this is your place. Here you can find super comfortable rooms, swimming pool, spa, restaurant with super tasty and fresh food and the best staff. We talked with Marcelo and Michael, 2 Ecuadorian gents who are great This place has a roof top bar where it's a must to spend some time at. As I said super nice place that worth a visit for sure. Thanks a lot for such an amazing weekend.

The staff is incredibly friendly and professional: shout out to Marcelo and Michael, who went above and beyond and made our stay extra comfortable. We are certainly going back!

August 2024Such a great place to stay at. It’s 40 min easy walk to Tower of London and 5 min of walk to St Paul church. Very good service desk people, too friendly. Had a great time. Disadvantage from our room was that there was no particular view even from 5th floor, but can’t blame the hotel ppl for that. The location of the place is such that it’s covered with buildings

August 2024House keepers need to keep communal area tidy also of dust in lift floor and corridors near reception. Rooms were good size. Shower unit needs an inspection as it leaks from shower door onto bathroom floor and hand held shower pipe had split in it which made it not useable. Hotel is located good location close to bars and restaurants and attractions . Front of house team seemed to be huddled up talk to each other instead of being spread out and greeting guests in and out. Overall worth visiting this hotel again due to its lovely spa and swimming pool.
