If you get one of the rooms on the top floors some of the best views of London available. As south bank is quite low rise you get a great panorama of most of the London landmarks. Only downside is lack of public transport. But there are plenty of ebikes and Boris bikes next to the Hotel. London Bridge isn't that far away but it isn't on your doorstep.

We've been there at the beggining of October 2024.The room was spacious, quiet, elegant but without wardrobes. Excellent bed with 2 types of pillows, one lower and one higher. the pillows. Cakes, coffee, teas were supplemented daily and upon arrival we also found 2 bottles of water in the fridge. There is an refrigerator, hair dryer and iron in the room. Clean rooms, daily cleaned. Elegant bathroom, with optional Eco Boutique products, very good water pressure. Breakfast varied enough, but unchanged for 4 days.Extremely efficient staff at breakfast. There is an Sainsbury in front of the hotel. Distance of about 15 minutes from London Bridge subway and train station. Price too high.

The rooms are spacious and set to a good temperature. The water in the shower was super cold though, even when set to hot. The shower also did not smell fresh. I found two very tiny insects, including a moth and a spider, but those did not cause much annoyance at all. The service from the staff is excellent - very helpful staff, approachable, and always available when you need them. Good breakfast and a few spots/opportunities to socialise with fellow guests indoors and outdoors.
