TLocated in Nova, Victoria's newest upscale development Timmy Green is named after founder Prue Freeman's late brother, a true Australian cowboy whose life was devoted to the land and whose legacy inspires much of the menu which focuses upon prime grass fed meats and childhood inspired sharing plates, in addition to our famous Aussie brunch.
Timmy holds 150 covers and is set over two floors with an extensive alfresco outdoor seating area, all of which moves effortlessly from casual coffee spot to buzzing evening bar and restaurant. Interiors aim to create and inspire a calm oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the city life by blending extended planting, reclaimed oak and canvas fabrics with carrara marble, lacquered brass and two huge private commission art pieces.

July 2024A very lovely experience for brunch. I ordered the fancy bacon roll and it was a balance of flavors with a little kick. Very nice and well presented. Andras was our Server and he made sure we had a great time. I would recommended it.

August 2024Best friend and I had brunch here. Thoroughly enjoyed the food - I had the Dirty Daisy. The service staff were great. Andras was incredibly attentive. Loved the overall vibes of the place. All in all 5 star experience!

August 2024Hands down, some of the best food I've had recently! The menu offers a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. All the staff were welcoming and very friendly, especially our waiter Andras who kept our glasses full and always had a smile ;-). We will definitely be back :-)

August 2024Stylish café-restaurant near Victoria station. My daughter had booked a table on her own, but cancelled due to illness on the day. She met up with me the next day and we visited as she wanted to go at any cost. The food I chose was a beautifully arranged English breakfast. It tasted good too. My daughter was very happy to come. The staff were very attentive.
