Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the client: 1. Once a booking has been confirmed, if the client cancels the booking, the non-refundable deposit will be retained, as a cancellation fee, by The One Centre. 2. Depending on the cancellation date in relation to the planned booking date, a further cancellation fee may also apply. The total cancellation fee, including the non-refundable deposit, is a percentage of the Total Contract Sum, including catering based on Provisional and then Finalised Delegate numbers. The cancellation fee will also apply to any cancelled Services, where the event still goes ahead. Cancellation fees are as follows: More than 12 weeks before event date - no fee payable. Between 12 weeks and 4 weeks before event date - 50% of the total fee is payable. Between 4 weeks and 1 week before event date - 70% of the total fee is payable. Within 1 week of event date - 90% of the total fee is payable. Cancellation by The One Centre: The One Centre may cancel a booking at any time and without any obligation to the client in any of the following circumstances: 1. If The One Centre or any part of it is closed due to fire, flood, extreme weather, power failure, by order of any public authority or through any reason beyond The One Centre’s control. 2. If the client becomes bankrupt, insolvent or enters into administration. 3. If the client is more than 21 days in arrears with payments to The One Centre. 4. Where it becomes clear that defamatory content, contrary to the values of The One Centre likely to cause offence to other people who use the building, is likely to be part of a booking. 5. Where any form of damage has been caused to The One Centre as a result of a previous booking from the client, and this damage has not been rectified at the expense of the client.

I prayed to find a church that would be good for me as a newbie. Then I found this. I have found it so welcoming, passionate for God and the worship of Jesus. The music is fantastic and heart felt. I am really grateful to start my journey here 😸
