For a place that prides itself on authentic German cuisine, this was a letdown. Moreover, there were only two other customers there during my visit, which made the place feel a bit deserted. It lacked the vibrant energy you’d expect from such a venue, especially during peak hours. On the bright side, the beer selection was impressive, featuring a variety of German brews that were both delicious and refreshing. The staff were friendly and attentive, which added a positive touch to the otherwise mixed experience. In summary, while Bierkeller in Liverpool has potential, especially with its great beer selection and friendly staff, the quality of the food and the high prices left much to be desired. It might be worth a visit for the drinks, but don’t set your expectations too high for the food.
