Great Hotel and location. The staff are helpful and friendly, despite being descended upon for lunch by a party of over 40 people from around the world. I recently stayed at the Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Tower Hotel, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The location is walking distance from top attractions and is ideal for anyone wanting to explore the city. The rooms were clean and equipped with every amenity you could need. The beds were big and comfortable. Room service was great, our rooms were cleaned daily and provided fresh towels each time. A special mention goes to Brie at reception. She went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. She was welcoming and always ready to answer any questions I had. Thank you, Brie! Overall, I highly recommend this Hotel for its location, comfort, and good service. Looking forward to my next stay!

Excellent Staff very polite and professional. I did have a small issue but NOT hotels fault it was inconsiderate other guest I let hotel staff know and they went above and beyond to rectify it was so lovely. Very central for everywhere. We done murder mystery night which was great fun and again hotel staff were very good. Definitely be back THANK YOU 💐💐

Stayed Fri and Sat on a football weekend. Rooms are adequate. Service is fine. Kike and James gave us a warm welcome. Breakfast poor quality and badly managed facilities on Sat am. Needs to be better. Wedding Sat so Sun am manager was on duty as lots of guests staying over so service was better. Food used is a poor cheap quality.
