People!!! This place is heavenly!! From the moment I stepped in… the. Bright smile of the reception attendant KIKE.. was so beautiful. You could see her exceptional passion for customer service through her actions and how we exchanged pleasantries. She had good knowledge of the floors , views and the room. We got a great room with an Amazing view. The next day, it was also a beautiful experience. Their staffs are so so so welcoming.. it was home away from home for me. It was my first time I. The UK. I live here in America . I just say that they have well seasoned staff. kike needs to be kept and treasured to by the way.

Nice, clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff (including Ahmed at breakfast). We had a room with a great view. I gave 4 stars for location but was undecided if 4 or 5. If you like being by Mersey just across from Liver building it's a solid 5 stars. But a bit of a trek if you're out and about in Liverpool and just want to drop by quickly. Breakfast fine. Bars were a big hit with some of our party .

Stayed 2 nights bed and breakfast. Nice room overlooking pier head and liver building. Bathroom a bit small but room was fine with a king size bed and a good sized tv. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice both hot and continental and eggs cooked to your choice as well as mushrooms. Only complaint is the parking and £14 per day charge. The outside could do with a clean up but the inside was clean comfortable and modern.

Great location, room small but clean bit dated but comfy beds. Very noisy extractor fan though. The view at front and from balcony of the bar was fantastic. Overlooking the Liver building.

Had to prove I left a 5* review to be able to leave my bag in the storage room.... Room was very hot and the ventilation made a horrible loud sound even at lowest setting, found 4 bugs around the bed before going to sleep. Breakfast was bad. Location is good, but worst 4* hotel experience iv had.
