Cancellation policy

In the unfortunate circumstances that you have to cancel or postpone your Event or part of the confirmed booking at any time prior to the start of the Event Period, a cancellation fee shall be payable by You based on a percentage of the charges payable, in respect of the Contract Minimum according to the number of clear days between the date that We receive written notification from You that You wish to cancel and the start of the Event Period (the ‘’Cancellation Notice’’), as set out below: Cancellation Notice Charges (as set out in the Order Form) 18 Month – 12 Months 10% 11 Months – 6 Months 50% 5 Months – 3 Months 75% 2 Months – 28 days 90% 28 days or less 100%" Please update this as soon as possible.

Disability discrimination central, i would stay far away & go to any of the other unis in lpool but hope if you have any additional needs. Not only do they refuse to make reasonable adjustments when you get a few months into the course and completed all work staff will tell you that you should to leave the course due to your disability (A disability they knew you had when accepting you on the course) Only educational environment I’ve been in my whole life that small adjustments were refused to made never mind being told my disability was an issue id have to leave over.
