We stayed for three nights, arriving on November 5. Wonderful room with amazing views across the city, and a firework display thrown in. The room was perfect, modern, unfussy and clean with a lovely bathroom. Staff could not have been nicer, and so efficient. We had booked an evening at the Philharmonic, so the location was perfect. Lots of restaurants near by, including the one attached to the hotel, which was wonderful. Amazing view outside at street level of the 2 cathedrals at either end of the street. Really enhanced our stay in Liverpool.

Lovely hotel with great staff. All staff were friendly and helpful. I attended an event here and the waiters/waitresses were very attentive. Our water bottles were always kept filled and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms had been dressed and the tables looked great. They also let you use their av equipment. I'd go back for something to eat as the food was lovely.

We have just spent the most amazing weekend here. We only had one issue with some condensation which was dripping on the windowsill but was resolved quickly while we popped out for lunch. The room was clean and modern and the bathroom was very relaxing and fresh. I loved the lights on the mirrors and the rain shower. We had a great view of the philharmonic outside our window and it wasn’t too noisy considering they had a few shows on. All the reception and restaurant staff where very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really nice in the 1931 and a member of staff told us about the buildings history. Our favourite part was definitely the spa. Thank you to Holly and Kahli for our treatments, they where so lovely and professional and we felt very comfortable and relaxed. Really liked how they give you a booklet with all the products they used, I purchased some for myself. We can’t wait to come back here for more treatments.

Ideally situated between the two cathedrals, we needed somewhere close to LIPA with overnight parking (Anglican Cathedral provides up to 72 hours). Rooms were lovely, clean, well presented with a massive bathroom. It was a bit too warm though & we couldn't turn it down further. Though having said that, it was a very cold spell of 1-4 degrees outside so warmth was welcome. Breakfast was great, usual cooked breakfast & cold options, porridge etc. Staff were helpful & restaurant staff very friendly and welcoming.
