All meeting rooms within Department are available to book by the hour, half day or full day and are beautifully kitted out with modern and contemporary furnishings, so whether you are looking for a quiet, humble space or a grand board room complete with video conferencing, you will find this here. Located on the ground floor of the building is Fearns, a coffee shop, restaurant, bar and lounge space which celebrates the best of Yorkshire produce.

A spacious 10 person boardroom which includes a state of the art wall mounted 90" flat screen tv with video conferencing facilities, HDMI connectivity and soundproofing. The openness of the room makes for a great space for hosting staff training as well as traditional board meetings. The room also includes light dimmers, air-conditioning and heating, and comfortable armchair seating, and stationary.
