All meeting rooms within Department are available to book by the hour, half day or full day and are beautifully kitted out with modern and contemporary furnishings, so whether you are looking for a quiet, humble space or a grand board room complete with video conferencing, you will find this here. Located on the ground floor of the building is Fearns, a coffee shop, restaurant, bar and lounge space which celebrates the best of Yorkshire produce.

Meeting Room 2 is a 4 person space, perfect for intimate gatherings, meetings and conducting interviews.

I’ve been working from these offices for over 2 years now and it’s been one of my favourite workplaces ever. Nice and welcoming, great front of house team in Department and Fearns and the facilities are top notch. An excellent co-working space that lets you be as productive as possible in relaxed surroundings. Facilities are excellent with private call booths and bookable meeting rooms. Also loving the playlists.

Absolutely brilliant event space. We used the cinema room for a team away day, it was really relaxed and spacious, the whole team loved it and we ate at Fearns downstairs. I will be using again and booking the cinema space for a personal event not just work

Absolutely cracking place to work out of. Well kept areas and a very casual and calm vibe to it. Whilst the food and drink can be a little pricey, it's mostly justified by its quality. Also, it's incredibly dog friendly, for those who are looking for a space which welcomes their furry companions too!
