More than 24 weeks before the meeting is scheduled to take place - Cancellation charge payable by you: Non-refundable deposit is retained. Between 24 and 12 weeks before the meeting is scheduled to take place: 25% of the total booking value. Between 12 and 4 weeks before the meeting is scheduled to take place: 75% of the total booking value. Less than 4 weeks before the meeting is scheduled to take place: 90% of the total booking value. We will try to re-let the allocated room or rooms and a reduction of cancellation charges will be made if we are successful.

February 2025I had booked a meeting room and room to stay for work and have to say the staff and venue are great. Amanda was fantastic. She looked after us throughout that two days during our meetings, ensuring we were fully stocked of drinks and were as comfortable as possible. Layla on reception was also very friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome for my stay. Will definitely be using this venue in future

February 2025Made very welcome right from the start even though we were not sure whether my eye treatment would require an overnight stay or not, depending on whether I could recover in time to travel home that evening. But we did decide to have early dinners in the restaurant and were well looked after as the only guests so early in the evening; meals were good value, the pizza was enormous and we were not charged for tea! In the event, we decided to stay overnight and were upgraded to a decent sized room which was warm, comfortable and quiet (except in the evening and morning when the corridor and room above were a bit noisy, but not unusually so).

February 2025Stayed for one night for Valentines day. Hotel is such a lovely friendly atmosphere and the staff go above and beyond. Tom at the bar is a credit to the company and one of the best bar staff around. Jade in events was amazing and such a big help in surprising my partner for a special occasion. Everyone is always friendly. The hotel itself was clean, food was lovely. had a very pleasant stay

March 2025Nice quiet hotel, comfy rooms and friendly staff. Food quality both in the evenings and breakfast is great and room service works well. Layla on the front desk always provides a warm friendly welcome and is happy to help however she can! I've stayed on business a number of times recently and can't really fault the place! :)

March 2025Very mixed review for us. Upon arriving we were advised that we had to join the rewards club to claim 'free parking' despite being an overnight guest. It was a gifted stay for us and we had the relevant information but we were still going to be charged after some confusion with reception it was resolved. Given incorrect paperwork regarding 'happy hour' between 6-7 this is no longer an option apparently. The shower had hairs in the tray and there was years and years worth of built up crust and mould in the shower. The doors in our corridor clearly need a lick of paint as they were yellower than then stars on this review, the corridor smelt damp and musty. Plus points, bed was comfy and the ladies serving breakfast were incredibly efficient. We stayed in 'studio' 200 if anyone wants a mouldy crusty shower! Oh and the carpet tiles in the office area behind reception are ready for the tip they are in a shocking state.
