My daughter and I came for one night to do a little shopping and relaxing and it was absolutely perfect! The reception staff was incredibly welcoming and I had booked with them directly , they upgraded me as they had availability. This was a delightful surprise. The rooms were perfectly clean and gorgeous. I love the location flat in the middle of the Pantiles. I will absolutely return again, perhaps with my partner! Again, the reception staff was especially nice and I met about four of them Each one didn’t know me from before, but was equally. The only tiny remark I might make is that the tv channel has no film channels like Netflix but regular channels which is always a bit of a shame but not a big deal. We took advantage of the hotel autumn deal which was fantastic.

Came for an afternoon tea with a large group. Despite the large number of people, we managed to get a whole space reserved for us alone. Once we had all arrived service was very quick and the staff were happy to accommodate for extra bits that aren't part of the job description such as taking a group photo of us all! The food was really nice and surprisingly filling, I preferred the savory to the sweet, as it was a little too sweet for my personal preference. The scones were nice and warm too, and there were generous helpings of cream and jam.

Had a great stay here for 2 nights, and Mary-Anne on reception was an absolute star and credit to her profession and the hotel. She would go out of her way to make sure we had whatever we needed and all with a lovely smile, so thank you, you are exceptionally polite, kind, and welcoming. Will stay again. The only negative is that the offsite parking is not lit at all if arriving in the dark and uneven ground can be tricky.

Was there for an evening wedding reception, nice sized hall plenty of room, but not enough chairs put out after the meal. Also not much room to wait after meal when they were clearing away tables. Had bacon roll and chips instead of cold buffet 😋 later in evening, excellent idea.
