November 2024My wife and I attended an 80th birthday party for my father in-law.The event was mainly planned by Becky. My sister in law was able to access the rooms beforehand to decorate and Becky kindly assisted which she was very grateful for. The room looked amazing but it was also the amazing service provided by herself and all the other staff at the hotel. The service was wonderful. kiera and Becky looked after us making us all feel at home. There are too many names to mention they were excellent.Thank you for making it such a special day.

December 2024For an Xmas treat I took my girlfriend & my parents (50th wedding anniversary celebration) to Chilston Manor to stay in feature rooms (Regency & Hogarth) along with an evening meal. I have to say the whole experience was above and beyond what we were xpecting. Everything from the welcome to the cocktails, food to the walk around the grounds was exceptional. Thankyou to you all for making our stay just seem magical, it was a time that will live long in my memory. We laughed, ate, drank and discussed to the early morning and then some. Just simply amazing.

September 2024I have just had Sunday roast. It was so tasty and the best roast I've had in a very long time. The staff were very attentive. There was a nice buzzy atmosphere. Such a beautiful place. Well done. We will be back.

December 2024A wonderful time staying here for the night. It was reasonably priced which meant the experience could go either way (good or bad) after reading the reviews I decided to book and very unusually the great reviews were right….the staff here absolutely make the place. The gentleman on checking couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The standout here however is the bar/restaurant which although pricey is outstanding….many restaurants these days promise fine dining and forget that includes the service as well. Matt in the restaurant deserves a shout out of his own, his attention to detail while serving was impeccable. Service with style. The grounds in the hotel are jaw dropping….our visit was winter with a howling gale outside (which did make the hotel feel more cosy) but during summer I’m guessing this hotel is absolutely beautiful with grounds to stroll around. Rooms are very nice if slightly dated….(that’s my only criticism) for me the rest of the hotel well and truly made up for this. Oh and the fast WiFi worked everywhere….why do so many hotels drop this now vital ball? I will stay here for business trips now too.
