Just returned home from a brilliant stay at the Cave and I feel I must write a review on this stunning hotel ! I don't want to give to much away as this hotel is truly unique as in style, decor and location, it really is on another level. The food is possibly the best I've ever eaten as I'm a huge fan of smoked food and had a brilliant chat the next morning to Andy the Master Smoker who smoke's the meats for many hours, so thanks Andy you were so helpful and obliging. Our room was large, very clean, spacious and ticked every box we even had a balcony overlooking the 1st tee and 18th green, brilliant if your like me a fan of golf! Bathroom was something else with a wet room and huge bath all in a superb decor. All staff in all locations were wonderful and all so very helpful, so thank you everyone for making our stay, ( it was my wife's birthday) such a memorable and lovely stay. We will stay again and definitely visit the Korean Cowgirl as the food was simply out of this world!

Had the BEST time here!! So worth every penny and more!! The room was unbelievably beautiful and very clean. Most comfortable bed I’ve every stayed in and I will be copying it for my room ;) Went to the cowgirl for dinner and had the best experience. Food literally melted in my mouth and I would’ve payed more for what it was. Had a couple sherbet cocktails and I plan on getting more! As amazing as everything was, the best part was the service. The people who work there are so kind and friendly and really made it what it was (the receptionist, staffing the cowgirl, room service). My stay honestly couldn’t be better and I was planning my trip back the whole time! A day is 100% not long enough as I didn’t wanna leave! Thank you so so much and I can’t wait to come back 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

What an experience. Came here for my 30th birthday and had booked as part of a deal that included a 1 night stay, dinner and breakfast. The room was luxury (superior room) and couldn't fault it. We had a balcony overlooking the golf course, there is lights for chill, romance, bathroom and also a button that opens and closes the curtains for you. The room is extremely clean and everything you can think of provided. The bed was possibly one of the comfiest I've experienced and I dreamt about how I could sneak the mattress out of the window! Dinner we chose to go to the Korean Cowgirl (separate review) which we had £45 pp on food to spend. The only thing is we were told by a member of reception that drinks were included in this however were then charged them upon check out, not a big deal but just good to know for future. In the morning we had breakfast brought to us in our room, £30 pp to spend on a menu choice, a hot drink and cold drink. It was faultless. Delicious and arrived maybe 10 minutes after ordering! The only small thing is the pool/spa area only has 4 loungers. They are big enough to accommodate 2 people to one lounger at a push, but it is quite a small are. However the rooms are so luxurious we were happy to spend more time in ours anyway! Will definitely be coming back!

The cave We stayed here on a Thursday for a one night stay in the signature suite. First impression of hotel are fabulous, really stunning decor. Was a que of 5 other couples when we arrived at 3:05 for a 3pm check in which was fine and they were checked in quickly. We had lunch at the Korean cowgirl restaurant which was 10/10. The food was amazing! We had peppers and pork gyozas to start and then a beef burnt ends and chicken rice bowl. Quick service and food was absolutely perfect. We went to the spa which is small and does need work done. For example there was green mould around the windows and old hair clips that have been there for a while so had rusted and turnt the ledge brown and rusty over time. The steam room, well wasn’t much steam at all if any and was cold. There are only 4 beds which was fine as we were one of 2 couple in there but then another 4 couple arrived which made it very overcrowded as the pool and jacuzzi is very small, so we left. Our room is spectacular the only thing I would say is that the “fire” in the middle of the room wasn’t working. The light was on but the illusion of flames didn’t work also Bathroom door gets stuck so doesn’t slide shut. We booked 2 massages via Sarah who is fantastic! My parter had a full body and I had the pregnancy version. They were very accommodating and just likeable people. Massage was very good, my parter said it’s the best he’s had. They come to your room as well which is lovely. Dinner was in the fire pit. The server advised us to pick 6 plates. 2 small (which are not small btw they are huge), two large and two side. I would say you could defo share a large and only need 2 sides to share maybe 3 if you’re hungry. I had to substitute blue cheese on the chicken as I am pregnant. So when chicken arrived it had the sauce on it but Without the blue cheese mixed in. It was VERY strong I couldn’t eat it at all. I explained to server who went to the chef and the chef said “that’s how the sauce is”. We asked for it to be taken off the bill as was £25 but the chef said no, because it’s personal preference and not down to his cooking. We were quite shocked by this response so had to pay £25 for a meal we didn’t touch. We spent over £200 at this meal alone and have spent hundreds over the day of drinks and food etc so having to pay for something we didn’t touch and having such a rude response from the chef left a bad taste in our mouths after such a great day so we just went to bed instead of staying up for some drinks in the bar. The bed is the comfiest bed I have ever slept in and the sheets are so luxurious I’ve already googled what they are! Breakfast has been ordered as it’s room service which is amazing and was delivered super quick and was so nice so no complaints. Overall great time but our treatment in the main restaurant from Chef let it down so if we come again we just wouldn’t go in the restaurant
