The only issue was the heating was blowing cold. I needed some warmth on my bones to help with pain I experience. Hot bath helped but would have been nice for room to be warm. I didn't complain as I have experienced the same in other hotels Food was delicious on the evening. Team there were very helpful. I didn't have a lot for breakfast so can’t comment on quality of cooked breakfast. I had fruit and sliced meat and that was good. I would stay here again. I would love to know what pillows are used. They were very comfy. 👏🏻

Stay here for work quite a lot. Situated right on J26 of the M25. A very nice corporate hotel. Staff are friendly and efficient. Rooms are OK. Location is quiet. The breakfast is outstanding. The food menu is quite expensive and a little repetitive if you stay for any length of time. I like it here.

Someone kindly booked us the honeymoon suite as we left our wedding venue newly married to the hotel. Check in staff was nice, all good there but Considering we had the ‘honeymoon suite’ and someone had paid a premium price for this room.. the room had nothing ‘honeymoon’ about it Nothing on the bed, no note, no towels! All I wanted to do was have a shower after a long day getting married.. but no towels and nothing in the room?! No tea/coffee in the room either so went down to ask for some and towels and was kindly handed some biscuits by the staff as I was starving (thank you so much to the kind team on that late shift) as they could see I was exhausted, still in my wedding dress asking for towels! Which is why they have more than 1 star Now breakfast was funny as we was refused breakfast due to not being ‘suitably dressed’ and was made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable by staff saying ‘we will have to put you in the back where guests can’t see you’ as well as other comments.. after some back and forth they eventually let us in as I said would you like me to go out my wedding dress back on and come back? Even though we didn’t pay for it.. the stay was less than luxurious or romantic or any of these things.. would have preferred a premier inn for the quality we had. In a nutshell.. ‘honeymoon suite’ isn’t worth it

Everything about the experience at this hotel was disgusting. Breakfast was extortionate at £18.50 per person and absolutely mediocre. The rooms were alright, decent amenities but the safe didn't work. The TV was too slow for it to work, there was no HDMI cable to share screens. Location wasn't great, and front desk wasn't helpful. Parking was paid for. And everything else was an extra charge. Overall, I was incredibly displeased with my interaction with the staff, especially considering we had just gotten married, and this was where we spent our first night as a married couple.
