December 2024We had a lovely stay here. The staff are very welcoming. We had a power cut on the Saturday night. Our room keys still worked. Me and my husband had a glass of wine in our room with our phone lights switched on. Very romantic Definitely stay here again.

November 2024Stayed for one night as I had business the next day, the room is spacious, it was clean, bathroom was neat and spacious as well. Check in and out process was smooth. One thing I noticed was noise, the rooms are not very well sound proof I guess. But overall good experience

December 2024I turned up at this hotel at 12.30am as stated in my booking only to be told that there was no space for me. I was given a hotel room half an hours drive away. Things happen, I understand that. But how it was managed by the hotel was ridiculous. I didn’t receive a call or email informing me before hand, and when I arrived it was a lot of panic trying to get me into another hotel and booking a taxi- and over an hour of waiting around. Surely the manager should have prepared for this? Surely I could have been contacted, especially as a previous guest. Terrible experience. I hope the manager in the future will please COMMUNICATE that the room is not available- and perhaps try to avoid stranding lone females arriving late at night. I would have felt much more comfortable if I had been with someone or if it was earlier in the day.

December 2024Terrible service!!! We stayed for two nights. On the first night, the air conditioning was broken, and they brought us two heaters. We froze all night. On the second day, we informed reception that our air conditioning was broken and kindly asked them to fix it before we went out. When we returned in the evening, it was still not working. Once again, we had to rely on the heaters. The most ridiculous part was that the room only had two plug . If we plugged in the heaters, we couldn’t charge our phones. It was a horrible experience. On top of that, the internet was terrible. I will never come back here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
