We had our wedding reception in The Oak Room at Brocket Hall. I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff were exceptional from initial contact all the way through to the tidy up the day after. First class service, we felt very looked after. The food is also outstanding. Our guests were delighted by the menu and the quality of the food. I also think it important to mention that the price of having a reception in The Oak Room is comparatively reasonable! We found that having a teepee in a field would have been a lot more expensive, once you paid for all the extras they don't tell you about initially. Whereas this all inclusive deal turned out to be much cheaper, for much higher quality service and food. And a truly beautiful setting. Would recommend to all and any!

Palmerston Golf Course @ Brockett Hall provided us with a well manicured and a picturesque setting. The undulating and changing landscape provided us lots of fun and excitement during our game which we chose to walk. Highly recommended. Great course and country estate location only half an hour’s drive from north London

Fantastic venue for a golf event, two fabulous courses, of course hotel and all the facilities you would expect at an old house.

I had my wedding here and it was marred by a tragic incident involving a Brocket Hall staff member. To date, Brocket Hall has admitted no fault, and at no point apologised for events that unfolded that day. How they have handled the matter since then has only reaffirmed their lack of customer care, and compassion that one would reasonably expect of a prestigious wedding venue. If anyone is considering holding their wedding here and would like to hear more about our experience, then I'd be more than happy for you to reach out. Looking at the attached picture, I am reminded of Brocket Hall's Managing Director, who sent us a letter stating that "I do not believe that your celebration was materially affected by the tragic conduct of an individual." Brocket Hall's choice to refer to this person, a Brocket Hall employee, as merely "an individual" highlights their attempt to distance themselves from the incident and the reality of how severely it impacted our wedding day. The impersonal and detached language further reflects Brocket Hall's lack of accountability as the employer.
